In 1977, at an early age, while he was attending college and working in a restaurant as a waiter, Fraidoon Izadi found a passion for the Food and Beverage Industry. Fraidoon graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for 3M Company for 12 years and managed a restaurant at night. In 1988, he purchased his first restaurant, Aldo’s Italian Restaurant. While owning Aldo’s, he opened another restaurant in 2003 called Merlot’s Restaurant at Johns Creek.
